Led by Chef Warren Sutherland, By Blossom brings together years of culinary experience, restaurant ownership, catering knowledge, and a deep love for hospitality. Trained at the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Warren’s cooking is rooted in classic technique while drawing inspiration from Caribbean, Asian, French, and contemporary North American flavours.

The name “Blossom” is personal. It honours family, warmth, care, and the kind of food that brings people together. Every menu is built with that spirit in mind.
